Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds (In‑Store & Online)
Because our breads are perishable, we operate a strict 14‑day returns, exchanges and refunds policy.

You have 14 days from receiving your order (or buying in store) to contact us about any issue with your products.

Our breads’ shelf life is tested under normal storage conditions (sealed, cool, dry, away from heat and sunlight). After purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to store products correctly so the shelf life shown on the pack can be achieved.

Within 14 days, we may offer a refund, exchange or replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, provided it has been stored appropriately.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refund requests after 14 days, or for products that have been improperly stored, sale items or gift cards.
