Some products in our store may be available as a subscription. This policy explains how those subscriptions work. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How subscriptions work

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Your payment details may be stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto‑renew at the end of their term. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal date.
Managing or cancelling your subscription

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Your order or subscription confirmation emails include links that allow you to view, manage or cancel your subscription.

Cancelling a subscription will stop future recurring orders, but it will not cancel any order that has already been processed.
Returns and refunds on subscription orders

Subscription deliveries are subject to our usual Returns and Refunds Policy, including our strict 14‑day window for raising any issues with perishable products.
